The principals of Mortgage State Training, LLC are aware of how difficult this industry can be. We feel strongly that we can help shorten the learning curve for

the new LO. One of the best ways for us to accomplish this mission is to share information with the new LO that they might not have access to for years.

We will be offering many courses in the future that we are confident will help new

LO's and also some seasoned LO's that never had the time or opportunity to totally grasp some of the more intricate parts of a mortgage. This first example is a wonderful course about "Tax Related Mortgage Items.

Mortgage State Training, LLC has taken the expertise of Henry E. Ormonde, one of the principals, who, has been involved in the tax business for years. This knowledge coupled with understanding of mortgage including residential, commercial and mixed use, real estate, appraisal, business opportunities will allow the student to learn at many levels. Henry's teaching credentials and training in this industry will be a very useful tool for the new LO to learn from.

This is not an accredited course however this four (4) hour course will share knowledge that will stay with the new LO for their entire career. The more knowledge you have of your trade, the more successful you will become.
